In 2025, the UN Development System in Botswana delivered measurable, system‑level results that advanced policy reform, strengthened national capabilities, and catalyzed investments for inclusive, climate‑resilient, and rights‑based development under Vision 2036. The year’s outcomes demonstrate a decisive pivot from fragmented projects to integrated policy shifts anchored in strengthened national systems, targeted financing, and multi stakeholder partnerships. This resulted in improvements in social protection, health security, energy transition, natural resource management, accountable governance, and youth focused economic transformation.
